Coolant crossover tube part #??

I have used the search function but cannot seem to find the part number for the coolant crossover tube(??) for a Gen1 3.9L... I have the dreaded cooling problems and want to bite the bullet and just do the right thing. Does anyone have a part number for that piece? It's labeled as #3 in the diagram in the link.

In that same diagram.. I am looking to order the little hose connected from num 3 to above the thermostat housing. Mine buldges really bad and ive been wanting to order a new peice.. any idea what it is?
