Couple cosmetic problems, please HELP!!

1. Brake dust on front 2 rims wont come off no matter what product i use, please let me know what other options i have.
2.- My windshield has a wiper blade mark and doesnt come off, any ideas what product i can try, i dont want to replace the whole windshield just becuz that pesky mark??
3.- Any ideas where i can custom order a REAR bumper that have holes/curved edges where my exhaust tips go??

I would try some wadding polish from Eagle1 and a little bit of elbow grease......I've had good luck with that on other cars.

I would also contact a windsheild repair company and have them take it out for you.
