Cruise control lights not working

EDIT-- Couldn't edit the title, i ment to say LIGHT. lol

I put my car is cruise control on the highway today and i noticed the light doesnt work telling me i have it on. The cruise control works but the light doesnt .. anyone know why? and will it lead to future problems?

I'll test it out again tomorrow maybe its the weather or something, but if light doesnt work, i'll bring it to Ford i have warrenty from them for another 3 years. Problem is for them to check the problem they charge $97.00

I can always check at autozone i guess? but Ford always wants to make sure its the correct part/problem before they do anything. idiots .. but yeah help is needed !

i like how we can use the cruise control at 30. when people ride my ass i just put that 30mph cruise on.
