Hey LS owners im new to the site so i hope u guys can help me out ive been reading all your threads
about your headlight projects. but the info is all scatter and sometimes can be confusing. Im planning on doing this myself i have the grey sealant headlights i know it will be easier than the black sealent. Do you know what kind of paint you use for the bezels and what angel eyes do you recommend? do the ones on ls koncepts the angel eye kit do you know if they already come with hid lights and do those look good? and my lenses are kinda bad a little yellowish by the eyebrow area so where can i get new lenses. i really hope you guys can help me out.

well there's a whole lot of questions there, let's take it step by step. first, your good with having the grey sealant (you have a 00-02 LS right?). as far as the paint, other members have used all kinds of paint to paint the bezels but you definitely have to go with high temp paint i would assume. as far as the angel eyes you could go with LSkoncepts but those are just the rings and the balasts. hid's are a completely different thing. the rings are not made to be stand alone bulb to light your path. they are only for looks. if you would like hid's then lskoncepts.com also carries them. they are BULBS that connect to a ballast and then to your factory harness. they are much better IMO than the stock halogen ones. if your lenses are a little faded or yellow you can always sand them down and spray them with some clear coat. if you do not feel comfortable doing this then take it to some pros. they shouldn't charge you more than 50 bucks or so. hope this helps and other members can chime in with suggested bezel paints

Thanks man for all your help...sorry about all the questions lol...anyways its an 02 so you reccomend i get the angel eyes from ls koncepts and the hid bulbs right that would give it that nice blue look with the rings...if anybody has any suggestions let me know

if you have an 02 then you have a 1st gen. 2nd gen's are from 03+. so you can take apart your lights no problem. lskoncepts is not the cheapest but you will get quality products, good communication, and Ken's really helpful. you can also get the rings off ebay like i did but you always run the risk of them being bad or they break no long after purchase. i also got my hid's off ebay. good luck with your venture
