Buddy It Happend On Their Property..file A Cival Suit On Them,im Hopin U Put Out A Police Report..take Them To Court Damn It!!!!!!!!..look U Have Video That Your Car Was There On Their Property Right...thats Proof Enough That It Happend There And Also Who Told You They Took The Battery Out/or Off? If They Said They Did..then Thats A Window Of Oppertunity For Them To Do What They Did And Allow For What Happend...and For Your Car To Be There That Long...add That To The Case..no Shop Should Hold Your Car That Long..i Never Heard Of Such Thing..look For The Future..if They Dont Have The Parts Or What Ever...go Somewhere Eelse Or Better Yet Hold The Car At Your Home Till You Find A Reliable And Safe Place To Take It!question How Did They Approch You About What Happend?and Are They Willing To Help Get The Car Back Together Since It Happend On Their Property...also I Was Thinkin..get The Info On The Insurance Co Who They Have..contact Them And Make A Claim..hey It Your Car..you Stuff.and They Allowed Or They Damaged It And You Have Every Right To Make A Bunch Of Noise About It!!!!!

I've already done all of that. I have the money now, i'm just waiting for the parts to become available. The car is driveable it just sucks that the door panel is falling apart. What i am mostly pissed about is all of the issues that have surfaced thanks to the car having sat for 6 months. I'm still fighting with them, just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago actually. I mean honestly, who attaches an airbox with zipties. And to make it worse, they missed the bottom two so the airbox was hanging wide open. I'm dealing with about a list of other problems that they have caused since the car has been there.

Goddess has the right idea. You might be able to get some more out of the insurance company to fix your car correctly !!!
Even get your insurance company evolved. People that do piss poor work should go under. Better business bureau is a good place to start if they are not going to help you out. File a report you do it online. That way when you are good and po`ed you send the report before you have a chance to cool down !! LOL
