Nice. I didn't realize you did jambs and all.

I am guessing you didn't remove door weather stripping, why?

Also did you remove the exterior window trim or tape it?

I didn't remove weather stripping because of the ease of removing the Plasti Dip. What window trim or tape are you referring to?
 
Below the windows. The thing most people black out. I did test plastidip on this and it seems it was impossible to get a clean break between this rubber trim and the door panel.

Did you pull the tape while the dip was still wet?
When I dipped my lower grille I got nice sharp lines doing it that way
 
Wow! how does a car that new get so rusty? I guess I got lucky with my CTS, she's been an all year round car since new and there's no rust at all, not even underneath. I don't garage keep her either (wish I could have)
