Dash Swap ('96 LSC to my '93) - Will It Work?

hmmmm this was a very helpful thread,thanks guys, I've bin dreaming of running a 96 style dash and console in my 93. Cant stand the damn single cup holder and the fact that my elbow rest on it.

A 95-96 console will not fix your cup holder problem.

Color match for the seats and door panels I put in, plus it looks really nice and is double din.

So to the guys who have done this, what did you use to tape the harness back in place? I can imagine electrical tape "melting" from heat and just coming loose back there.

I'm attacking this project Saturday with my little brother. If it goes smooth, I plan on doing the entire swap all in one day. If not, I'll at least have the dash pulled from the parts car for sure.

if/when I do the interior swap (ivory to black) I'll paint the dash...r/r the dash is too much labor imo
