Datc codes

Hi all,this is my first post of a problem with my '03 Ls V8. i was getting the old "hot air from the passenger side/cold air from the driver side problem."I replaced the DCCV and still had the same problem.I then did the DATC diagnostics and got four codes. There are two codes that I found explanations to in a response from Joegr,however these two(2796 and 2426)are not listed.The other two(2798 and 2799) indicates a bad DCCV or maybe wiring.Can anyone please tell me where to find the cause of the codes?

Did you check the fuses?

Fuse is good

Yes,I checked the 10a fuse in the number 1 slot. The fuse is good.I could hear DCCV click when removing and replacing the fuse.

I can't find 2796 or 2426 in any of the manuals.

I suspect that you either have a wiring problem or a DATC problem. The links below give you the troubleshooting to do to find the issue(s).

maybe i should add blows hot from everywhere, fuse not blown can hear a click from the DCCV when pushing fuse back in
didnt know how to check the code before changing DCCV coulld be old codes im not sure ,any way to clear the codes and try again?
car is 2003 lincoln ls 3.9 with heated and cooled seats

2797 Driver Coolant Control Valve Open Circuit
couldn't find anything for 2426 or 2796

Do this to clear the stored failure codes.

To retrieve continuous DTCs, press the OFF and DEFROST buttons simultaneously, followed by pressing the RECIRC button within 2 seconds.
The DATC module will report all continuous DTCs to the vacuum fluorescent (VF) display.
The DATC module will not carry out a self-test; it will only display continuous faults codes which are stored in memory.
All VF display segments will light if no faults are detected.
Individual continuous DTCs will be reported with the °C symbol lit.
DTCs shall be reported as a 4-digit DTC (less the alpha character).
Pressing the front DEFROST button will exit the retrieve continuous DTCs mode and clear all continuous DTCs from DATC module memory.

Update:

I checked and found that my NEW DCCV was bad,replaced it with a Motorcraft one and solved the "hot air from passenger side" problem.This cleared the 2799 & 2798 codes,however the 2796 & 2426 codes remain.I am beginning to think that my control module is bad.

Any idea what these mean and how to clear them?

Did you ever find out what those codes mean? I just did the test on my 03 and only got 2426.
