13's w/ chip stock? Nah, he's blowing smoke up your a$$. Chip, exhaust, pulleys, tranny kit, 3:73's, cold air/ MAF, 13's? yeah, that would be more realistic. But 13's with just a chip? No.

how do i find the computer code on my mark?

I will look this morning - is his computer code visible on the chip in that auction? I see "IETX" on the chip.

All those mods and 4.10's he should be deeper into the 13's then that. Walt runs 13.70's with 3.73's.

idk geno, I am not calling you a liar or anything but both of my marks have not been as fast as I thought. If you see the list of my mods(not including the headers cause they weren't on at the time) I raced my friends 99 trans am 1 night and he blew my doors in, by over 10 car lenghts, I was at like 120 and he was so far ahead... and he ran a best of 13.5 at the track.. he probally could'a gotten a lower # but even still.. 4.10s and all even a stall... which is why I don't get how some people can get there mark so fast and yet I can't.ONEBADMK8 said:

GMAN, it's not a bad deal on the chip but, it looks like the first gen Diablo. You might want to look for the Diablo Delta or the Dialbo SportChip. You can take em from any Mark VII/VIII, 88-04 Mustang, Cougar, or T-Bird. From what I'm told they're better. And, if that chip of his is reburnable, ask him how many ticks are left on it. If it's already set to his mods, you'll have to get Houston Performance (just keepin it local) to reburn it for your car.
