DieselDan, no one wants to hear about your A/C problems!

Man, it was 57* this morning, had to turn the heat on in the house! I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA... I DO NOT miss the cold!

I've lived in the midwest all my life so you'd think I'd be used to it but I still curse the cold weatherevery year. I actually start getting depressed around September and the first time I have to scrape my windows you'll hear my cussing from a block away. Chicago's a great place to live for about four months a year, the rest I wish I could hybernate.

man its 85 here in Miami....supposed to go down to the 50s tonight.
I hate you...:p

Right now I'd kill for 57 degrees! it was 24 when I left for work at 0700 this morning...

I hear ya, Terry. We have had ice and snow on the ground since last Thursday. Yesterday was the first day of sunshine and temps up to near 32.
Crazy for the south this early.

Duck, that snow was 2 years ago. I haven't seen any since. It only happened one time and the other was in Jan 2010 when my burnt 94 was out in the driveway but that was only a dusting.

And here I was thinking that just happened.

I love the fall and winter I would want to kill myself if the weather was the same all year round

I'm so glad I'm not up north where it's usually much colder than it is down here but for the last two mornings, it has been 22-24 at 7am and 35-38 by noon. I have been starting mine in the garage and opening up the back door and cracking the garage door for ventilation for about 10 min. It warms up fairly quick. I have some mid 50's and 60's coming in the next few days. Last time I had snow was about 2 years ago, maybe 3..

Our weather is not the same all of the time down here in Florida. It changes all the time. Sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. Goes from warm, to hot, to dam hot, to rain, then dam hot and humid. And we have seasons. 11 months of bike riding season, 2 weeks of cleaning the bike season, and two whole weeks of winter. Nothing sexier than a girl in daisy dukes, fur lined boots, and a parka.

I love the fall and winter I would want to kill myself if the weather was the same all year round

Different temps don't count as different seasons, I like to snowmobile so winters my season, I love my mark viii but I don't have even close to as much fun with it.

Has a 5th wheel setup, a gooseneck setup, and is setup for Pintlehook hauling. Has a TV/VCR, 10 Meter Radio, 10 disc changer, everything but the kitchen sink. Sits in front of the house collecting spider webs and occasionally pulls a little pontoon boat. Used to pull a 45 ft 5th wheel but sees little action since we got the Class A. Just toys. You know what they say, He who dies with the most toys, is still dead and makes his wifes new husband a very happy man.

I guess all those accessories would serve a purpose then. My apologizes for being a douche.

You were not being a douche, you were just expressing an opinion. First couple times I drove past the truck before I bought it, that was my impression also. But having been a long haul trucker for years I knew what I needed and it was much less expensive to buy one already setup for towing than to buy a base and do all of the modifications myself. People either love the truck or they hate it. But here in Red Neck central where I live, I get at least an offer a week to buy it and the young girls love it. And to an old man like me, if it draws conversation from the young girls, I am all in. They all want it to haul their horse trailers and mud toys. it really does have a purpose. Many purposes really.
