thanks Blueberryyum02, that is what I did this morning.
jacked up the car and jacked up the control arm (with another jack).
i had to take the wheel off too because the clearance between the back side of the rim and the ball joint was too small to get my torque wrench and socket onto the nut (it was close, so just maybe another torque wrench and/or socket would fit)
the paper that came with these Moog ball joints stated 110ft-lbs. so I set my torque wrench for 110 and attempted to tighten each nut. the nuts did not move and the wrench clicked as it reached 110ft-lbs so these nuts did not loosen up. im happy to have that done!!! (it took me way to long to get to it!)
