The grilles all interchange between all years. The headlights, IIRC, fit. Just need some slight mods. Try a search on here as I know I've seen threads about it before.

i see, so the grilles can be direct replacement?? Do many people upgrade their grilles to the newer grilles?

Yes, the grills are direct replacement.
The 00-02 stock grill is the probably the worst you can find on any car. I have an 03-05 stock grill right now, but before I had a full chrome grill, later I might get an LSE grill. Check my gallery for pictures.
For the headlights, you have to replace the panel that holds the lights, or you can fix up something yourself and make em fit.

well my LS is black and I really like this car's grille..can someone tell me which grille I have to buy so it can look like this one.

where can I buy it and will that LSE Grille fit my 01?? by nose do you mean like the front bumper?

www.lskoncepts.com has the grille and yes it'll fit.

found it, it's a good price...it says there its for the 03-05 models, that particular kit still fit mine...............i'm sorry for all the questions guys, i have no knowledge when it comes to lincoln LS's

Its factory for the 03-05 but ANY LS grill will fit ANY LS no matter what year it is or what make of grill it is be it those Trendz grills, McLaren grills or LSE and yes factory grills.
