Does ANYONE make aftermarket Valve covers for our car?

More powdercoat pictures

I priced local powdercoating shops, then decided to do it myself (as I'm doing most of the engine and suspension components for my project.

More pics of the engine are on my cardomain site (57 Tbird, 2nd page). I did the valve covers, the cooling crossover, and also ceramic coated the headers myself (you only need the oven and someone who will sell you small quantities of the comercial ceramic, like jethot uses).

Here's all you need to do it yourself...

Air compressor (I already had one)
sandblaster - I got a cabinet one off ebay for $150, but you can use a pressure tank version, which won't let you reuse the media, for <$75.
Oven - labratory oven, ebay $150 - but you can use a used electric kitchen oven, just never cook food in it again!
Powder coat gun (basic kit, with reusable hole plugs and special high temp masking tape) - $75-$125
Various powders - valve covers are silver, then clear
I bought enough black, silver, high gloss clear, and blue to do the whole project for about $50

Total cost (to me) was about $500, and allows me to powdercoat anything that will fit in the oven (28" long or less). If you have the space and time, I'd recommend it.
