Dont order from Banana Hobby!

I waited for 15 minutes and he came back to ask how he could help me. I told him again about the fair ammount refund I wanted. He said no unless I send back the other parts I got. I told him I am gonna raise a chit storm over this and he warned me not to swear, At that point I lost it and told him to go frack himself and kiss my ass.
He dissconnected me and then my computer shut off. My system shows I picked up a virus during that live chat. Great. :mad:
 
So after all the crap and several more lies by them I figured forget it, I am not ever gonna get my parts so I put the heli up for sale. Well the head honcho there (Pete) tells me he got the part and sent it out. I thanked him and told him I was pleased. The next day he posts online that if he couldn't get the part then he would pull the bearings off his and send them to me. Thats nice but he said they went out the day before.
Then the next day he calls me stuff and says since I filed a dispute with PP (was a month ago and since BH lied to PP they didn't give me a refund) that he can only give me a refund (which they didn't) and then the next day I got a response from the Better Business Bureau that BH responded and pretty much said they are keeping my money AND parts.

Screw it, the heli is sold and I don't need the parts any more so I have decided to take a little time each day and screw with them. :)

I will screw with this company every day untill I die. I reported them to the BBB and here is their response. Mind you I NEVER got the part I ordered, PP refused to refund because BH supplied a tracking order for the WRONG parts and the company lied so many times about shipping it I cant even count.

Dear Valued Customer, We don't have your money to give back, because you were never charged for the parts you received. You already tried to file a charge back against this transaction, which we did not respond to and PayPal closed it on our behalf because there was nothing to be disputed. Pete did pull it off his own helicopter, and just as I was about to ship it Friday evening, you filed the charge back, so the parts weren't shipped and Pete contacted you on RC Groups. I am sorry if he embarrassed you on a public forum, but we cannot ship out parts for free. We cannot refund you for parts that you refuse to return. You cannot be refunded for merchandise anywhere without actually returning the merchandise, can you? Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and had you paid for the parts, maybe it would have been different, but unfortunately you did not. At least you did get some free parts out of it. Awesome! What you should do is play it by the books, pretend your a real customer and then claim your a town over or something and then find the address.
 
I have their address. And the owners email and number. This is all over a lousy $10 part. I really dont care about the part or money but they have pissed me off so much that I just want to continually screw with them now.
It will be my lifes greatest work! :lol:
