Door Lock Problem!! Need Help

So anyways my driver side rear door doesnt open... it seems like there something stuck in it just recently happened. I tried moving the lachet it but the thing wont even move and plus i dont want to break anything either. All other 3 doors work fine its just that door. Need some advice guys.!!

Does the not open from either side, or does it open from the outside and not the inside? (vice-versa?)

I'm just throwing this out there, so don't shoot me.

Is the Child-Safety Lock engaged on that door?
