Driver side issues

I really am glad i found this site... I have fixed 3 things on my car that readly available here...

Maybe yall can help with this:
My horn, cruise control and radio remote dont work to good... they work when they feel like it and how the want. I press mute and my station changes. I change the station and i get my cd player switched on. I wont even toy with my cruise... too dangerous... My airbag light decided to pop on now. Is this my clock spring? I checked my fuses... they are fine.

Ok.. thank you... I wonder if I can do this myself... My skill level in repair on my lincoln is coils and plugs. I repaired my dash but all that took was some gorilla glue.
