who is the idiot that designed the dccv thing,what a pain in the ass this car is.seems like everything bad that has happened to people that owns this car happens to me like clockwork.sway bar bushings,vcg,coils,this whats next,lets not forget the faulty mirror club too.ac was blowin hot,checked everything i could,went for a ride,seems the car healed itself again.

It could be the same idiot that invented this grammar thing. You don't seem to much believe in that either.
It's DCCV (Dual Coolant Control Valve). I don't know what dvcc would be.
Coolant control valves (dual or otherwise) have been around for a while. Unfortunately, the LS's does seem to have some sort of design flaw as more of them fail than one would expect. It could be worse. Many cars use a blend-air door instead. While these are usually trouble free, some models are known for having issues with them. In such cases it is usually a $700 plus bill to get it fixed because the whole dash has to come out. DCCV replacement is a good bit less than that.

Dccv

Common problem, it will get worse, A/C will blow hot and cold out of different vents. The problem is the DCCV valve in front of the engine. Replace and bleed your antifreeze. $150 cost for DCCV
