Never heard of a DVVC.
I have heard of the DCCV. (Dual Coolant Control Valve)
It's just behind the radiator on the right side.

Well, this is one case where "search" wouldn't be a good answer since you didn't know what to search for. Now that you do, there are a bunch of threads with much information on the DCCV.
