I also have a P1568 Speed Control Unable to Hold Speed. Probably a reason why cruise wont engage, but I"m not ruling out the clock spring yet. As far as brakes go, I'm taking it in to another shop to have them take a look. I just hope its the brake booster and nothing else. Also, is there any writeups on how to replace the passenger side fender? One with pictures would be nice, but not necessary. Thanks.

While coming home, it came back. Specifically after driving over a flooded road. It went back to alternating between D and E, thankfully I caught it on tape. A quick read from an OBD reader pull no codes.
