yep - flows air but cannot build pressure.

You know, Richard Holdener actually tested one of these on an engine dyno. He THINKS he may have seen 3 hp. But he couldn't repeat it consistently, so he's not sure. On a chassis dyno...that's even less of a gain. I think he was politely saying that they are BS...as we all knew anyway.
