Electrical glitch

My 01 LS was acting strange. The HVAC wouldnt work. No fans , nothing, And when you tried, and pushed the button on it that says auto, the door ajar light and the courtesy light would come on. When you turned it off, the lights would go out and you could hear the door locks engage. Turned out to be a bad ground. I hope this helps someone down the line. Now, the drivers seat module has gone bad. The seat is stuck in the rear most and lowest position. Can the seat be moved by hand somehow, or am I going to have to remove the seat?

I guess what I am asking is, can I turn the adjusting motors or anything else by hand so I can access the module?
