is there any way to remove the lsk eyebrows and not have them damaged? i want to get rid of the carbon fiber ones i have and buy the all black ones. the ones i currently have are in perfect condition, i just don't want to ruin them when i take them off. if it can be properly removed i'll probably sell them for like 20 bucks or something. also, i don't want to start a new thread for this but which 1st gen's are the ones that have the different rear seats? i have the ones that have the headrests incorporated into the seats but i've seen some that have the headrests like the front seats do. any help appreciated.

I just recieved my LSK eyebrows (black). Looks like these will match your cars color and gloss perfectly. Which leads me to my question. Should I paint mine to match my paint (JP-Silver Birch) or leave them black ? I guess I am leaning towards painting them, but want other opinions.--Thanks

Why dont you paint yours black? Take the headlight off the car tape them up and paint the eyebrows?

they are black already but they are carbon fiber. even if you paint them you can see the ripples and such. i want a straight gloss back and LSChris i've always thought eyebrows look best when painted to match the car

Painting is a good option for a couple reasons:

1) Painted with clear coat will protect from fading/hazing;

2) You have the opportunity to block sand the eyebrows to eliminate the ripples (mine are not invisible, but more subtle now than before)

Plus, colormatched looks better. Here's some before and after of mine. Sorry i don't have closeups:

Did you just use the adhesive that came with the eyebrows? If so, mine peeled right off. I don't think i did the best job putting them on to begin with though. They were peeling at the corners when i redid mine.

i did use the adhesive that came with them, but i did apply them properly. i still think they will come off w/out any damage. i just wanted to see if any one else had done it that way. i still want to get the gloss black. as far as selling them goes i doubt i will find a buyer, so maybe i'll save them for the future i guess (just add to all the pile of crap from my car right into the garage, lol).

Thanks Pektel. It looks like you have a Silver Birch also. My mind is made up because of your pictures. Painted looks SO much better than black. I ordered my paint & clearcoat yesterday (aresol). Can't wait till spring, my car isn't touching the salt!!!!!!

Thanks! Mine is actually ivory parchment, but on an overcast winter day, it does appear different.
