OK, I did get my pass a few days ago. I am 75% in still. I have a leaking degas. Leaks maybe 5 oz, but not all the time. I have a Motorcraft one on order. I may try to replace before the event.
Otherwise, I am debating if driving the 12 hours round trip across the desert is a good idea if I have not fixed it by then.
I drive my car every day now without leaks. It just leaks occasionally.

How many do we have this year? 5 cars?

Are you staying at Knott's? If you'll be passing SD (5/78 interchange) Sunday morn let me know. We can meet and caravan to Jack in the Box.

If I was staying in SD, I do like the drive up at 7:30 AM or so. I like the fact you can drive 90 with no traffic at that time of the morning on I-5.

Well boys and girls just one week to go! Wash, clay, polish, wax. Then repeat the wax a few times. I'm on my second; just need the time for #3.

I clayed and waxed 1/2 my car this weekend. Replaced the degas bottle. Everything is good.
Now, I heard that I likely will have to work. I am 10% of making it to Calif.

0800-0830. I loaded the spring compressor and all it's accessories a couple of hours ago. We try to leave by 0900.

No LvC representation today Hopefully next year. Mrs. Knott's chicken was as good as ever.

Alex, did you and Steve have fun carting that compressor back? You two should return next year!

A fun time for only going 2 hours. Yeah, it was a good workout. We ended up carrying it up on our shoulder and taking turns carrying it to the car, much easier this way than both of us carrying at the same time.

Like I said today, next year I'll be there for sure, with some big brakes, hopefully a finished turbo, and a few other goodies. Steve had such a good time and was bummed out we didn't get there earlier that he will make sure I enter my ls next year so we spend the whole day at the show.

OK.... The time has come for Fabulous Fords 2014. The date is April 27. Previous entrants should have received an email for registration, which usually opens up to everyone mid-January. The registration fee is $45 this year, which is up from last year. We meet at the Jack in the Box (6865 La Palma Ave., Buena Park, CA 90620) at 0800ish and drive in together so that they will park us together. We need as many LSes as we can get (there are at least 3 of us from LLSOC) to show off what a great car the LS is! A bonus is Mrs. Knott's chicken dinner!! WE always do that for lunch around 1100ish.

Mark the date and help show thew LS colors!!!
