Factory tech manuals

I've got a 2000 LS V8, I'm looking for the factory service manuals to purchase, I found a 2002 set online for $89.00. My question is, would the 2002 be alright for my 2000? Did'nt know if there was enough difference to matter?

I have the whole thing on disk. I think I paid about $15 for it.

Disk is a solution then you could print out the pages you want or look at the auction site and see if you can find a set of manuals there. I got a set of books for my 05 LS Sport for $11.50 and $5.00 shipping.
2000 to 2002 should be the same.

Should be *very* similar. I'd go for it. I personally prefer the books to the electronic when working on the car, but prefer electronic when researching....
