Another issue comes with this thing, after replacing pcm 3weeks ago, I smelled coolant burning, steam coming from coolant reservoir, and coolant leak under my drivers side. What could this be?

Time to replace all of your plastic cooling system components. Your car will continue to overheat if you don't. There are many sources here to help you with this procedure if you want to do it yourself.

Degass bottle is cracked. Replace it and look at all the plastic on the front of the engine. I just replaced mines and right when the pressure was where it should be the degass bottle started having air bubbles turns out the metal pick up tbe is floating in the bottom.

Ok, recap, I was driving, the fan kicked on high, when the car was running, smelled coolant burning, turned car off, saw steam coming from coolant reservoir (degas bottle), looked down under the car, on the drivers side of the car, and coolant was leaking from drivers side, COULD this be the degas bottle? Changed coolant outlet pipe not long ago.

Yes, cracked degas bottle. Expect the other (not recently changed) plastic parts to fail soon too. You can do all the rest at once and be done with it for several years, or you can keep doing it one at a time.

At least you find a leaking part. For me, the fan kicks on randomly at full speed and dealer did the pressure test, and said AOK.

You do know that the fan speed is variable based on temperature, right?

What about these dorman degas bottles, I just ordered one, are they any good?

Everybody on here will say no. I've had good luck with mine (so far) but I seem to be the only one. Most say they fail within a year.

No.
They won't work with the factory cap.
They won't last a year (sometimes not a month).
The factory degas bottles are good for six or more years.
