Final question

Cars misses and jerks when put into gear, doesnt matter if the motors warm or cold, sometimes it worse than at other times. No CEL, can coils go bad and have these symptons and not throw a CEL? The car runs good above 2000rpm, seems like theres some power loss though, but no miss after takeoff. Atleast until you stop again, the problem is very anoying and is really makin me hate driving it):

Do the engine RPMs seem high when out of gear?

Sometimes its right around 1000 other times its around 700, if i rev it the rpms fall very slowly. Ive looked everywhere for a air leak and can not find one. I also replaced the pcv lines.

I just tried another IAC off of a wrecked ls, and no help at all.
I thought about takin it to a mechanic but just to have it diagnosed is $75
