Not digging that look too much with the black car. I'd black out that turn signal area and run like a chrome-colored bulb in there or something.

yeah, i wanted to paint that area, but i didnt know how it would act, im pretty sure im going to end up pulling them apart again anyways...

Yes you can. Gray sealant = much easier to remove.

the 03+ headlights are the ones that you have to dremel to take them apart. there is a write up on lskoncepts.com on how to take them apart and install angel eyes
