Finally, I fixed my car!

As you may have read earlier ^^^ i have been figting with my garage for a LONG time now trying to convince them that they had the wrong alternator in. Well i ordered a cobra alternator from Geno and just recieved it last night. After about an hour of work (took about 45 minutes to find a 10mm ratchet! lol) i had the car up and running and guess what... no battery light!!! The car is no longer over or under charging and the system holds steady at 14.4 volts at start-up. Even with my AC, lights, and my high end stereo (which they said was the reason for my alternators failing) my lights didn't even dim at all.

Don`t forget to shine that Som-B@@ch and turn it sideways !!!! LMAO

Ii have a similar issue with another car and it turned out that a spark plug wire was cracked and shooting sparking spark into the alternator. That was a strange one..

Well i'm just a little pissed that they didn't listen to me in the first place. All i got when i mentioned trying a new brand of alternator was "i've been doing this for 25 years, i think i know what i'm doing."... yeah, about that...
