FIRST POST...MP3/sattelite radio

Did a thread search, no luck..
My name is Kris, Known as HUTCH, I live in a place called palmdale in Los Angeles county SO CAL
Just want to say I love my car I wish I would have gotten an LS sooner...V8, Moonroof, White, NAV, 6-disk, Woodgrain, 43,000 miles runs like a champ, 3000 Miles on new motor... Im not sure how I can tell if it the sport model, people have told me it is...
I just wish it had an MP3/Auxillery input..
What are my options for Sattelite Radio and/or MP3 player...Any suggestions welcome!!

You do have a "Sport" Model...no woodgrain on the interior or chrome on the bumper inserts. Sharp looking car...I also have a Sport '03 V8 with 17,000 Miles.

If you have the Alpine 6-disk in dash head unit good luck with the mp3 player hook up. I looked all over for one that would work with mine and couldn't find one. They all had a disclaimer on the box not for Alpine 6-disc in dash head unit. You could always get the FM modulator for the mp3 player, but I think they work like crap.

What year is your car? I've found that while nearly all the IPOD adapters say they won't work with factory navigation, many will. I briefly tested a PIE FRD03-POD/S on my 06 with navigation, and it looked like it was going to work correctly.

Oh so the 6 Disk/Nav unit is made by Alpine? Is there a label on it or something that I failed to notice....

sorry I didn't see the navi in your 1st post mine is just a 6 disc in dash stereo
