Ford disclosed today that they're working on a "Coyote" 5.0L V-8 for use in the new Mustang and F-150, to replace the old 4.6L.

The new 5.0L "Bobcat" V-8 engine is expected to produce 500 hp and 750 lb-ft torque; full of turbocharging goodness.
