Fog Light's not turning on?

I noticed lastnight that my fog lights are not turning on. I looked in the manual and the only fuse it has is relay 7 which is in the fuse box next to the battery. The fuse is not a normal one and it dosn't look bad. Does anyone know what else could be causing this problem?

may be a stupid comment, but alot pf people dont know how to turn em on. u did pull the switch out. right
