i am putting my wheels, tires and cobra brake set up, up for sale. i will install this on your mark if you want me to, i wont ship this stuff so you have to come get it. the brakes are 13 inch front drilled and slotted rotors with cobra aluminum twin piston calipers, the rear are 11.25 inch drilled and slotted rotors with a relocation bracket for your stock caliper. the wheels are chrome plated 18x9 inch saleen speedstar replica's in the mark bolt pattern. front tires are 245-40-18 and rears are 265-40-18 michelin pilot sport ps II's. i will also give you the evolution ceramic front pads with the cobra caliper they are neary brand new. the rotors have been drilled with the mark VIII bolt pattern and are dead true they were drilled in a cnc bridgeport. i am selling this all because i have absolutely no money and need some quick. i will put all stock brakes back on my car and a set of stock snowflakes for now, or i will be forced to sell the whole car. i would like a grand for the wheels, tires, and the cobra brake set up, and i will install it all on your car for nothing, you can come to my shop and i will do it all for you on a weekend of your choice, wouldnt take me long to install. if interested let me know asap this isnt a joke i have to sell this stuff if i ever want to get my wife's car on the road.

You want some coils for your wife's car? If you could pay for shipping, I'd send the whole set to you. I originally bought them to install on a friend's car, but I haven't heard from him in like 6 months and can't get ahold of him. They're made by strutmasters. I got them used from a junkyard car, but they look pretty new.
I've been thinking about selling them, but if you could use them, I'd give them to you. Do you think you could make any money selling the rest of the air ride on the 98 if you converted to coils? I'd really hate to see you sell your wheels/cobra brakes.
Hell, even if you could just sell the coils and make some money to fix your 98, I'd still send them to you. Let me know if either of those options sounds like something you could do.
 
i dont want coils in the car i have a brand new strut masters kit in my shop . i want to keep the air, its not the air ride that is stopping me, its the car needing a new front end, ball joints, tie rods, i have to put tires on it, i have to title it, register it, insure it again, i have to pay sales tax for buying it, now my front end in my 97 is popping and making noises that a shot front end makes, i will not do anything to the 98 until i pay staff back for helping me get the 98, i owe him 500 bucks still, i have nothing, i am the only source of income for my wife and 2 kids and all i do is work about 70 hours a week and i cant even make it, i am so sick of florida and the pay scale here for the work i do is the same pay someone flipping burgers at mcdonalds for 5 years makes. i am so disgusted with what i live with everyday that i am gonna end up selling both marks and buying a small truck and my wife can go back to home schooling my daughter so she wont need a car to drive her to school. i cannot keep going like this, i need the money more than i need wheels or any other dumb :q:q:q:q, i have sold everything i own except my cars. thanks for the offer though.
 
the whole point

listen, i'm not trying to be a dick but i am getting people asking for partial trades and making deposits to hold these, the whole point is to try and get money quick, i cant make partial trades or hold anything for anyone, i am not in that position where that will help me. i wouldnt be selling this if i could hold them or make trades, i want cash, and all in one shot otherwise it defeats the purpose! thanks.

a set of redone gen 1 headlights maybe with a hid kit if I can afford it

slowmark i have 2 sets that need to be redone that are my lights, i got them from junkyards so i could redo them and try to make some money off them. i wont need any headlights to be donated ( thanks terry ) but i would like to be paid up front for them cuz honestly i have just about lost all interest in everything related to the mark VIII!!

+1 I need some done too! Mine has one blue head light(driver side) and one white headlight(passenger side)! I have had so much other stuff going on with the car that I have'nt even taken one single look at the headlights to see what is going on! But now that I have it running right I will do that tomorrow! My headlight housings do need to be redone though because they are pretty foggy! I would like a nice looking set on my car! That is one thing I love is nice clean headlights! My favorite part on Terry's whole car is the headlights! But anyways let us know about the price of Gen 2 headlights and I will take a set!!!

I think your car could go for 5K on Ebay as it sits. I have seen lesser cars sell for the same or more recently.
 
Just an option, but Texas is great if you are looking for work in any field. What is your field? I mean hell, I am 17 and wash dishes for a restaurant making $10/hr. And that is a good deal for someone who can drive down for several hours. Free labor helps also.

hey I want to buy the conversion kit ... and do a transfer of funds thru money gram or something of the sort ... no ebay due to my checking account .... and Ill send you my new arront front bags so u can sell them. please call me if ur interested, thanks so much for all ur help i dont know much it would have cost me without the great advice ....:D
 
what conversion? if you mean the coil springs i had they are sold. as far as my wheels and brakes these are no longer for sale.

i decided my 98 can sit and rot because i cant afford to do anything with it, bills are caught up on, and i am not gonna sell parts off my car just to get the 98 registered and on the road, i cant afford it so its gonna sit i'm not gonna stress out no more.
 
i agree my car got to sit for a few months im in the middle of moving and buyin my first house and getting married and ect but there are things i agreed to buy that i will and after that shell sit for a minute

I know where you are coming from, when my daughter was born 8 months ago she was born 7wks early, my boys were 3yrs and 10mons old and my wife had neumonia 2 days after she delivered. I had the focus with bad tires, and my 98 lsc had the blown sparkplug. no time and no money to do anything but go see my baby girl in the n.i.c.u., I'm glad your all caught up and your not stressing out anymore. These are hardtimes and we need to keep our heads. And to add one more thing, my wife just got fired 3wks ago. Yes I'm living the american nightmare. lol!
