This thread also sounds an awful lot like the thread of a certain master mechanic who can rebuild the Space Shuttle with twigs and used motor oil yet can't figure out a simple alternator problem. Doesn't matter. Hope he likes the thread being bumped too, because if he really is trying to sell his car nothing helps more than dozens of people talking about how screwed up and overpriced his car is.

Holy high price. I've seen 2002 LSE's with less than 90k go for 5000-7000 grand. But this is no lse. Just a regular ls, I can't believe people add ugly expensive rims before they spend 200-300 on color matching the grille and plate surround :(.

Anyway I can't believe you joined just to try and sell your car.... If you knew anything about this forum, you'd know that a lot of us check LS listings out online whether is be craigslist or car.com or autotrader. And we post the good deals, nice looking ones here to make sure no one who's looking misses a good deal. Your probably would have never made it, unless we posted it just to remark about the damn thing. But someone would have seen your car if they were looking to buy another.

Here's a far better deal within about 20 miles of this one. 2001 Lincoln LS, just needs a timing chain, 1500 bucks. Needs a new timing chain set which is a known defect with the Gen 1s, about 200 bucks when it's all said and done.
