I have the Ford Code Alarm remote starter with keyless entry. The remote start now does not work. Every other function operates fine. It lock, unlocks, the lights come on that are supposed to, press start button and parking lights flash, but no cranking or starting. Starts with key just fine. It once did work. The one thing I have noticed is that the theft light goes steady when key starting, then goes off once started, but continues the 2 sec flash sequence when I try the remote start. I have done the add new remote, deleted all remotes and adding them back to system, and tried the add key programming. All but the, add key, programming worked per manual. Any suggestions?

Well, after further review, the method of starting the car using the remote was not correct per the manual. I must press lock, then start, to do remote start. Now, no tach signal is detected, so it starts, stops, restarts, stops on and on. Gotta check wire to injector for tach signal.
