Long time reader, just got an account because this forum has basically saved my LS from the junkyard about 3 times over! I want to give back something, and noticed nobody has used FORscan here.

http://forscan.org/home.html

I'm using that with this ELM327 off eBay and an old bluetooth enabled laptop.

I've got access to all neat stuff such as remote keys, all voltages, all sensor readings, tire size, VIN info, etc.
Does anyone know how to change the tire size?

Here is just a few screenshots:

Hmm... I might have to pick up one of those ELM327's... couldn't hurt... only 10 bucks or so... Thanks for the info!!!

I think I might have deleted my first post! Anyway here are some of the neat things available with FORscan and a cheapo bluetooth OBDII gizmo from eBay

I have also been thinking about getting a bluetooth ELM327 device to use with FORscan. I would like a bluetooth version for the wireless convenience and also to use with Torque Pro(bluetooth only) on my Android based phone for other vehicles as well. However, in a forum on FORscan's site they address problems with cheap bluetooth ELM327 devices. Just a heads up.

Here is a link to the topic "Problems with china Bluetooth ELM327 adapters": http://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=21&sid=5dcfded0d92eba9138ccc2fb390ff18c

You cannot change anything with ForScan, only clear codes and monitor operation. Adjusting for tire size requires something like a xCal.
