So I've been driving around without a front plate for almost a year now and over the last week I've just gotten 2 parking tickets... kinda strange all of sudden got 2... 30 bucks a pop... and both when I was parked... really dumb since I see cars all day driving around without a front plate... but yeah it's kinda annoying so I need to remedy this... is there any holders on the market that will fit?... or a way to get a plate to attach without screwing directly into the bumper like the stupid cop told me to do...

I wedged my plate in front of the dash and the windshield.

yeah... I called cause I actually had my plate on the passenger side like that and they said it's still illegal... I don't know how they can give you a parking ticket for that... some cars you can't get a front bracket for... and if it doesn't come that way factory why would you wanna drill into it... I saw a BMW the other day that had the plate drilled into the front bumper and it looked so bad... and they stupid guys put it on crooked

i had to get a bracket from a mark....good luck finding one...I got lucky and "MMTPHOTO" had an extra one and was nice enough to give it to me, other than that, good luck

I have a 95 Mark,,that was a OHIO car (front plate required--old fashioned and stupid like N.Y.) It still has the bracket,,if I remove,,there'll be holes. Pearl. Fla. on it now. I put my SHRINER PLATE in it. I does ruin the lines,,better than holes though.

Texas Plate law states must have a plate visible in front and rear but doesnt say where they have to be mounted ;)

If you have a gen 1 then there is just the right amount of room to mount the plate under the bumper I have a friend who has this done

if it's a gen 1, i'll sell you my black one and fill the holes (hate the thing anyway). no front plate required in tennessee.

I'd sell you my Pearl one,,but if I take this thing back to OHIO,,I'll have to have it. There's a giagantic used parts yard,,called TUSCARAWUS AUTO PARTS up in Ohio,,that MAY HAVE THAT FRONT BRACKET. They have a webpage. We buy constantly from them for our garage in Weirton,W.va. We can't believe sometimes the ODD stuff they'll have. I needed a radio for an older chevy pickup and they had three.

Yeah you could put a hinge on it like the BIG TRUCKS have. Or you could put a pull cord on it and only lower it if you get stopped,,wouldn't that WARP a trooper's mind. He stops you,,you lower the plate,,and he swears it wasn't there when he saw you coming towards him.

country? lol wtf? are you bored or just on crack? btw site isn't published yet, that's just a flash intro.

enville is in west tenn
