The gut above says the mach 1 lip that fits out cars is from the mid 90's mach 1? I dont recall a mach 1 made in those years. I searched online and this is what i found.... So what do you think? Does anyone actually know what lip yea i need to order for??????? PLEASE HELP!!

So who knows what exact year mach 1 lip is that that i need to order from? the guy abovesaid to order one from the mid 90's mach 1. Last time i checked i dont recall any mach 1's being made then. I searched alittle online and found this.. Is this what i need??

i dont remember what year mine is... but I think they will all fit with some minor modification.
 
Midas 78 got back to me(thanks Midas). At least for his, it's from the Wings West kit. You called it Sully. But, it may be more cost effective to buy just the piece for the 00-03 Mustang since it appears to work also. I'm going to price today. I will post later and see what I come up with as far as a price.

If you do the Mustang lip get in contact with Sully. He is one of the few that I have seen it work perfectly.

Remember start in the middle by clamping it on with spring clamps going from one side to the other till you work your way to the edge of the fenders. Cut off the excess, pull it off and then mount it again the same way but use 3M double sided tape. Then if you decide to you can bolt it on also.

its hard to do it just like he said because of the excess on the ends. Cut just enough off to fit in the wells or pull your wheels off. Then follow what he said but definitely use some sort of bolt/screw to mount it. These cars are low as hell and need the added strength to help the tape. also, you will need to cut it backing that fits against the bumper because the LS is wider than the mustang. You are also going to need to fabricate some way to mount the plastic shields under the car as the mach 1 does not support them in any way.
 
it works on the 2nd gen if you take off the factory lip if u dont it doesnt look right i finally fixed mine

Talked to the local Ford dealership today. The chin spoiler is for the 2003 Mach 1 Mustang . 2000-2002(at least what I was told) doesn't use the chin spoiler. $128 on the cost. I'm going to stop by the dealership tomorrow so I can see the schematic and make sure that I am ordering the correct part.
 
I can't wait to see what it looks like on a light colored car. That could be very cool.
 
03 is the same one that i bought it is the only one that was like this from the factory but it fits all the year mustangs

Im not sure about this, but it sounds right. Either way your going to have to cut it and reshape it to fit....
