I did the 4.10 with a power locker, a 320O stall, stage 2 heavy duty upgrade on trans, and of course true duals. If you don't have a one piece drive shaft you should consider doing that... also you will need to change out the speedo gear plus modify your computer settings. I will have to say the 4.10 gear is the best upgrade for the money. I have a power locker for sale if you are interested.
