will work on all obd2 ford from 96-up to 05-06ish.

SCT charges 150.00 to unlock an Xcal 2
Then they wipe the tune files off the device.
The customer has to pay shipping both ways...
By the time you get tunes on it you are very very close to the price of a new device.

100 for xcal
150 to unlock
40 for shipping
=290.00
Then you have to buy tunes, which can easily bump the price into "new device territory".

Sorry, that's incorrect.
SCT dealers cannot unlock Xcal's.
Even the dealers have to ship them to SCT...sad as that may seem
