*Gauging Interest* Possible Range Rover Wheel Sale

As you may or may not know, I have acquired another set of Range Rover HSE UChrome 19x8 et57 wheels. As one of mine got bent (not bad definitely fixable) instead of just getting my wheel fixed or buying one rim I bought a whole set with OEM centers and lugs. Kudos to Alax for making the transaction easier. The seller didn't want to ship so he did all the leg work and I paid for everything. Thanks again :)

So.....Ideally I would like to keep a spare in case anything happens to another one of mine. Would anyone be interested in buying a couple of these, centers and lugs? I would even be willing to sell the bent one at steep discount too as basically a throw in if you want to get it fixed. These require adapters to fit as they are not 5x108. I can help with that and give you all the info you need. I even will help you find another 2-3 rims so you have a set. There is a yard that has 3 of these in Uchrome which are for sale.

There is no rush on any of this. Just want to get the word out there that I have these. They would make a great addition to anyone looking for a unique look for their LS.

I actually had to scroll between the car picture and the pictures of just the rims, because I didn't think they were the same at first. I found them kind of ugly until I saw them on the LS, where they look fantastic.
 
Those look great. THey really stand out nicely without looking gaudy. Are they heavy beasts?
 
The first question I would have to ask is how hard is it to find 2-3 other matching wheels?

I was wondering the same thing. Did an ebay search and there are plenty on there. I wonder how the silver version would look on the LS?

Hey Bull did you have to roll your fenders? Don't remember if you mentioned this before.
 
I was just about to check if you received them ok. How long did it take you to get one out of the package?

You wouldn't need three. Two if you don't want the bent wheel. One if you do want it to get it fixed.

As I stated in the OP I am willing to help you find the other wheel(s). I know of a parts yard that had a RR HSE and has three chrome wheels. One or two may pop up on ebay from time to time. A whole set is hard to find in these

Yeah they are about 35 pounds without tires. Over 60 wrapped and filled with air. Nothing to bad though. Other members have wheels just as heavy with no issues.

Nope. I haven't had any issues with the et38 and my drop with eibachs.

The glow was a mixture of my Mitsubishi 65" TV, Antec Twelve Hundred, and stereo components :cool:
 
Like you did, I always run a full set of 5(in case of a bend or flat). Great looking wheel so hopefully if you do decide to sell, someone will readily come out of pocket to make the deal happen.

It's not going to break my heart if nobody wants them. I thought it would be nice to share the wealth and give someone a chance at owning some. I waited months to find the set I have now, so I know how long it can take
 
Fresh Bump

I had a few people who were possibly interested but I wasn't ready to sell yet. Weather is getting nice now. Somebody must want some shiny Rovers :)

Will be selling two wheels with full sets of center caps and lugs. I will throw in the one that has a minor bend in it giving you three if you get it straightened. I'm still willing to help you find another one to two wheels depending on your preference.

Can I ask what the adaptors cost that I would need to have to run these wheels?
 
Motorsports-Tech has pretty much cut their prices in half from what I paid. They look to be $240 now for a set of fully custom wheel and hub centric adapters. If you just did hub centric it's probably even cheaper.
 
Damnit. If I hadn't just dropped 30k into my kitchen and a Mexico vacation, I'd be all over a set of these. Beautiful wheels, and I need a new set.
 
What would you want for 2 good ones and the one bent rim.

With that kind of money you should not be driving an LS. :shifty:

My goal is to be making 50K by next year. Im still a bit away from that but im getting closer.
