I am doing 4:10s soon what else do I need to do at the same time to make her drivable?

gen 1 will need a speedo gear to correct the speedometer. gen 2 won't.

you will want a 1 one piece or aftermarket drive shaft, and a tune, but those things are not strictly required.

I would also rebuild the rear while it's apart and if you don't have a limited slip dif now is the time.

a speed o gear works fine. I used the black one in mine with the 410's. I was cautioned tho that they do wear down after a while and could leave crap in the transmission. It was suggested installing a dallas speed calc or something along those lines. it will allow you to adjust for tire size and gears with out swapping anything additional. as already stated the locker and the 1 piece shaft. make sure its balanced descently
