Gen I center council on a Gen II?

hi everyone! has anyone ever done that? i love the look of the ash tray and cup holder portion of the center stack on a first gen, it flows much nicer, has anyone ever changed it from a Gen I to a Gen II, or if not than anyone know if it can even be done, any info would be appreciated. thanks

The elder council is all knowing in a Gen 1 but in a Gen 2 they are stupid and corrupt I can see why he would want to change them out
