My radio comes on but only plays static, whether in tape mode or FM, what is the troubleshooting process, can a air pump be disassembled and dried out with a blow dryer, What is the best way to fix the headlight problem on a 94 Mark 8 and does anyone have a grill they don't need? Thanks in advance.

For the grill and an air pump assembly (used) I'd try car-part.com - it's a wholesale only site that lists inventories from thousands of wrecking yards.... grills are rare and expensive and often break when removing them - tell the yard to be extra careful.

Radios and air pumps are very inexpensive used from that source.

I've never had a problem with mine so I have no idea how to troubleshoot - but for $50 or so you can probably get an identical known-good radio to slide in and try..... is there a separate amp? I don't think my car has one (1994 with premium sound & trunk cd changer - bought a replacement changer from car-part listing for $65 last year) - it sure takes a lot of volume control before it gets loud.

Head lights you are screwed...

I have a guy who will refurbish yours interior and exterior for $100 per head light includes shipping.

Also I'd go with an after market CD player.

You can contact Eddie Spinks at http://www.americanairsuspension.com/ he sells refurbished compressors and everything else for your air ride system.
Eddie is the best..
