my dad brought this thing from work, its from an 03 i think so it doesn't fit the wiring on my 02.

yea if it will go in my 2000 ls and cost to get it installed would be less than 300 i'll take it right off your hands providing the price is right for the unit

It will fit in any LS but you need to do some major wiring to get it to work. So your better off just getting a Nice Kenwood or Pioneer Indash that can do alot of cool stuff too...

Keep in mind with that head unit that there are other pieces that are required to make it work properly. Just the head unit alone isnt going to do much good.

You would still need the DVD unit, the DVD software, the GPS antenna, all the sensors and all the wiring that goes with it. Not exactly plug & play.

Yeah this might be of more value to someone that has an 03 with the thx/navigation system and is looking to fix/replace a busted hu.

It would be a total PITA to install this into any other LS.

i considered this approach a lot, but decided to spend a bit more and get a Pioneer AVIC-D3 instead with tons more features and less headaches to wire it in.

hmm that weird shouldnt it be silver if it was from 03? did they offer black instead of silver?
