GPS Not that Great

Hi Everyone,

I have an 04 Navigator with a DVD based GPS system. I am located in Canada. I've found that there is a lot of information missing on the DVD.

Does anyone know if I can get an updated DVD? Futher, if you can get an updated DVD, is it any better?

I'm sure you can get an update but is it any better? Why bother for the same frustration in Canada?

You can buy newer discs. But no navigation system is going to be complete because it is current for that year only, not including construction or things thatwere not properly documented during the programming.

the latest version of dvd map is version 6D made by navyteq.com but I don't know how much difference will be.

I was kinda wondering the same thing. I would like a little better performance out of my 03 navigator gps. Maybe I am spoiled with my garmin in my F 250.
