True that. Plus, halogen bulbs in a halogen housing make more sense than an HID bulb in a halogen housing.

That being said, I love my HID's.

My Highlander has a retrofit kit in it that I used on the LS for a week or so and unless you have proper HID headlights or even better projectors, its literally all in your head.

Non HID units scatter to much and distort.

Got my new bulbs for my foglights.

I put the low beam retro fit from my highlander in to compare them to the new bulbs ( low and fog lights on the highlander are 9006 rather than 9006 low beam and 9145/9005 fogs like the LS ) and its as close of a match as I have ever sen yet!

So... I have low beam HID ( 9006 ) and Xenesis fog light ( 9005 ).

My opinions? If you dont have HID housings buy these bulbs!
