Has this ever happened to your computer??

You forgot a key part of the prank--set the taskbar to auto-hide (in XP, you could also drag the taskbar down to zero height, but that doesn't appear to work in Vista). That way the victim can't even click on the Start menu...

Thats not working for me in XP:confused:

The shortcut keys for the display rotation must be enabled. I believe you will need a video card (not onboard video) to use this feature.
 
What is up with my keyboard?

the problem with it is... it's trying to be a 80 dollar keyboard when it's simply not

if your using a dell, its a keyboard thing, its like ctrl, alt and one of the arrow keys or something, just google it.
It depends on your video card and whether or not its drivers support the keyboard shortcut. The 512MB nVidia Quadro FX 770M in my Precision M4400, f'rinstance, doesn't allow the keyboard shortcuts under Vista (at least the nVidia control panel doesn't expose that functionality), even though it does allow rotation of the display.

yeah my geforce 7600gt does not allow it either but every dell i have used has those keyboard shortcuts, weiird
