Following up on the wheel thread I started I noticed that the calipers are EXTREMELY close to my stock wheels I have on there so can this be an issue when getting new wheels? I definitely don't want to buy new wheels & have a problem with them hitting or rubbing the brake calipers. THX:confused:

a lot of factory wheels are very close to the caliper, when the manufacture is designing them, they know exactly how much room there is and how close they can get, of all the "wheel and rim" threads I've seen everybody's problem is always the incorrect offset, i dont think that i have seen anybody have a brake clearance problem. you could always get a higher offset than you need (60or higher) and then get a wheel spacer (20mm or so)

Or just take a grinder to the caliper :D

You shouldn't have a problem with clearing the caliper. My aftermarket wheels have more space between the caliper and wheel than the stock wheels.
