Headlamp assembly replacements

I finally got my hands on a pearl lsc
The headlights are pretty fogged and the chrome inside has dark delaminated sections. Are there any places to find replacements or anyone who has them in better shape than the ones currently on eBay….

If you search Google for f7lz13008cb RH lamp there are a few NOS listed. f7lz13008db is LH but none to be found. Assumes you still have HID for low beam. There was a long complicated history on Hid bulbs. Obsolete since early 2000s. Still available used.
I may have a set of assemblies that are refurbished.There are shops that buff away dull finish and apply a clearcoat. You can also DIY.
