Headlamp Probs, HI's & LO's

Hello! Hope some one can help me with this problem. I've been searching for help all the way to thread 27 but nothing, and got tired of searching.

My problem is that both my hi and lo beams dont turn on. I just bought a pair of 9005 hi beam Silverstar light bulbs. I installed them but wouldn't turn on. Could it be a fuse?

Also my HID's are not working. When i switch them on, i hear a few clicks but dont turn on. Correct me if im wrong, but i think that the bulbs are out and the igniter and ballast are working fine. I think the problem here is a fuse, but i dont know which one is the one for the headlights.
Any suggestions, advices, tips, anything that will get me closer to the problem? I really appreaciate your help.

did your lights work before you put in the new bulbs?

Smacked myself across the face

Never mind guys. Last night while i was typing something poped in my head. At 1:20am i went to my garage and checked fuse #7 in the engine compartment. That was the only fuse i didnt check before and when i changed it my HI beams turned on.

My LO beam bulbs are burnt out because when i hear those clicks, the lights flash like a strobe. I opened the headlights and checked the bulbs, and yes they were burnt out. Good thing it was the bulbs and not the igniter, or the ballast, or thank god its not any wires. Thanks anyways

I bought my MK8 with that problem already so i guess they were burnt out since before i bought it. I appreaciate your help.
